Raxs Pickleball AB reserves the right for printing errors, final sales and any factual errors that may be found on our site or in our advertisements. We only enter into agreements with adults (18 years of age).

Assortment

Rax’s Pickleball range consists of equipment for pickleball from our own brand.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor incl. 25 % VAT. The price that applies is the one stated on the day the customer places his order. Any shipping costs and other fees are reported before you confirm the purchase. Customers who order from countries outside Sweden may be liable to pay customs duties. Ev. customs fees are not included in the price and are not accounted for before you confirm your purchase. Ev. customs duties must be paid by the customer to the customs of the country to which we deliver. Raxs Pickleball AB reserves the right to change prices on the website without prior notice.

In the event of obvious inaccuracies, such as so-called explanatory mistakes or the like, regarding the price or the product information specified in the receipt confirmation or the invoice, Raxs Pickleball AB has the right to correct such price or such information, after which a new receipt confirmation and invoice are sent out. The customer has the right to cancel his order free of charge if the corrections are not accepted.

Payment

Raxs Pickleball AB offers several safe payment options. Choose the option that suits you best when you get to checkout. Minors (under the age of 18) may not make purchases without a guardian’s approval. 

Personal data

Raxs Pickleball AB is the personal data controller for the information you provide to Raxs Pickleball AB. The data is stored in order to be able to fulfill our commitments to the customer. The personal data you provide to us is used so that we can provide you with a satisfactory service and fulfill our part of the agreement.

The data may also be used for our marketing, e.g. for sending newsletters or offers, if you have indicated that you want it. The information provided by you will only be used within Raxs Pickleball AB.

You have the right to through one written request get access to the information that is registered about you. Of course, you have the right to request the correction of incorrect information about you. You also have the right to request that your data be deleted from our database.

Exceptions for invoice purchases and partial payment
The exception is that your social security number is used by a third party (Klarna checkout) to perform a credit check for Invoice or Partial payment as a payment option.

Abandoned shopping cart

If you have added items to the shopping cart without completing the purchase, we will email you a reminder list of the products you added to the shopping cart, provided that you:

• subscribe to our newsletter,
• or are a registered customer with us,
• or have entered your email address with us in another way.

This is an extra customer service to make your purchase with us as smooth and easy as possible. You can recreate the shopping cart at any time with all the items in it or not. You therefore do not need to act if you do not wish to complete the purchase.

Price and availability of the products are based on the time you put the products in the shopping cart. We reserve the right to change prices slightly in connection with various campaigns with expiration dates. The products may also have sold out.
